| Product Description |
Pyriban A 48% EC is a systemic organophosphorus insecticide acting by contact, ingestion, and vapor action.
It is highly effective against leaf and fruit worms, borers, aphids, whitefly, thrips, sugarcane borers, maize borers, mealy bugs, and scale insects on various crops. Used for cutworm control (Potato – Tomato – Soybean) at 1 L / feddan as toxic bait: 25 kg wheat bran + 20 L water + 1 L insecticide. Apply at sunset after morning irrigation. Also used for mole cricket on potato at 1 L / feddan as toxic bait: 15 kg crushed corn + 20 L water + 1 L insecticide. Considered one of the most stable organophosphorus compounds with relatively low toxicity to mammals and plants when used properly. |
